Our Organic and Free Trade Sumatran is slow-roasted to a medium color that belies its deep, heavy notes and expresses the classic and musty earthiness so desirable from this origin.  This sumatran is slow to take color during the roast process, so while it's color is medium the flavors are more of the full bodied flavors of a darker roast.
